Reduces Appetite

medical product
Increases the feeling of satiation
supports the treatment of excess weight
Schaebens Weight Control Appetite Reduction Capsules:
• support the treatment  of excess weight
• increase the feeling of satiation
• for weight control
Schaebens Weight Control Appetite Reduction Capsules contain a vegetable-based, virtually calorie-free and finely ground expanding agent: Indian flea seed husks (Plantaginis ovata). After taking capsules with water, they dissolve in the stomach and expand to form a soft, gel-like solid. Thanks to the increased stomach content, you feel full more quickly when eating. This makes it easier to eat less. Since caloric intake is reduced, it is easier to adhere to other dietary measures.
For many people, being overweight is not only a problem of personal appearance, but is also connected to health risks. The causes for overweight can be very different. Each weight reduction method should aim at long-term reduction of body weight. There are numerous so-called ‘miracle cures’ that promise rapid weight loss. Yet these promises are often short-lived – if they work at all – and therefore do not help in long-term weight reduction.
Schaebens Weight Control Appetite Reduction Capsules support the treatment of overweight and/or other methods used to reduce weight. As a basic principle, however, each weight reduction method should be accompanied by a calorie-reduced diet and increased exercise as well as other fitting measures. Please note the following:

1. Eating:

• eat slowly, no oversized portions
• varied diet
• eat small but frequent meals
• low-fat foods
• fewer animal-based products
• more fish
• more vegetable products
• less salty foods
• less sweets

2. Drinking:

• more than 2 litres per day
• more water
• less  alcohol

3. Exercise:

Do various types of exercise.
Sports are an ideal supplement to all weight-reducing measures.
Particularly recommended are endurance sports, which strengthen the cardiovascular system and are gentle on the joints.

Recommended daily consumption: Take 3-5 capsules with a glass of water approx. 30 minutes before each of the three main meals.
Begin with a dosage of 3 capsules per meal when starting treatment. Depending on the feeling of satiation, the dosage can be increased to no more than 5 capsules at each mealtime.
