The Omega-3 source for this food supplement is a high-quality vegetable oil with a high proportion of the Omega-3 fatty acid Alpha-Linoleic acid. These Omega-3 fatty acids can also be partly transformed into EPA (Eicosapentaen Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaens Acid) by the body. In addition, every capsule contains 10 mg of vitamin E, which is also known for its protective properties.
