Dear customer,

We would be happy to take this opportunity to answer some of your most frequently asked questions

What is Urea?

Urea is the INCI designation for carbamide, an organic compound frequently found in creams for dry skin and for sensitive skin because of its excellent ability to bind moisture.

What is Q10?

Q10 is a co-enzyme naturally found in the body that is important for the energy production of each individual cell. The Q (1-10) co-enzymes are also called ubiquinone, according to the Latin “ubi” (everywhere) as these substances are found in all living cells. In cosmetics, Q10 is used to trap free radicals (antioxidants).

What are fruit acids?

Fruit acids are also known as Hydroxy acids or AHA fruit acids (Alpha Hydroxy Acids).   Glycol acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid and salicylic acid are often contained in cosmetic products. Alpha-Hydraulic acids do not only regulate the skin’s hydration level, but also stimulate cell metabolism and promote the natural exfoliation of the skin’s outer corneal layer
